At The Local Circuit, we want our Clients to be 100% satisfied with everything that we do. So much so, that all of our repair work comes with our solid risk-free guarantee. What does this mean for you? If you are not happy with our repair work, we will do it over for free. If you are still not 100% satisfied with our repair work you can have your money back. It’s that simple! We stand behind our work 100%. If you EVER have questions or concerns about any work provided by us, please call us right away.

Accepted Forms of Payment

-Cash (exact payment only, no change is kept in office)
-Check (drivers license & date of birth required with photo I.D.)
-Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express | All credit card charges over $500 will incur a 2.5% credit card surcharge)

All returned checks will incur a $35 returned check fee. In addition, all unpaid invoices extending over 90 days will be turned over to our claims attorney for legal action.

Refunds

-No refunds will be given on opened software
-No refunds will be given on completed website projects
-Refunds on labor will be delt with on a case by case basis according to our 100% No-Risk Guarantee

Personal Information & Privacy Policy

At The Local Circuit we will only ask for information we need to complete the requested work.  Your information will be kept private and not sold or disclosed to any third party except for cases such as:

-We may share your personal information with claims/processing or collections agencies if your account becomes overdue and we are unable to obtain payment on our own.

-We will disclose any requested information in accordance to any subpoena, warrant, cour order, levey, court order, or legal process

Our clients information is used for payment information, contact information, newsletters, and specials. Clients may request to be removed from any contact list at anytime.

“Best in Town” 1 Year Hardware Warranty

We offer a full 1 year In-House warranty on the majority of all components we sell to our Clients because we stand behind our products. If we sell you an item covered under this warranty and it needs replacing, due to product failure, we will repair it or replace it at no cost to you.

-Not all components will be covered under this warranty

-Warranty covers product failure only and does not include misuse by owner, spills, electronic surges, drops, or any other accidental damages

-Any component not covered by The Local Circuit warranty is still subject to its manufacturers warranty

Work Order Terms of Service

The Local Circuit assumes no liability for damage to any property, loss of time, loss of work, or loss of data while equipment is in our possession or while a representative of The Local Circuit is working at Client’s place of business. Furthermore, Client releases The Local Circuit, its employees, ownership, or contractors from any liability for any data loss, hardware failure, or damage that may occur during course of repair, installation, testing, consulting or at any other time. The Local Circuit is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after work performed.

Any and all equipment left over 30 days from the date of completion becomes property of The Local Circuit in lieu of payment. Said equipment will be disposed, recycled, or sold at our discretion. If Client requests equipment be stored for more than 30 days, a storage fee of $10 per day from the date of repair completion until property is claimed will be incurred by Client.

Data backups are the SOLE responsibility of the Client. The Local Circuit is not responsible for the loss of data due to hardware failure or software corruption while it is in our possession or while a representative of The Local Circuit is working on the computer/equipment or network.

Client understands that The Local Circuit is not an authorized service dealer of any manufacturer, and technical support rendered by The Local Circuit may void manufacturer warranties Client’s computer systems and/or equipment.

The Local Circuit is not responsible for any mal-ware, virus or spy-ware infections on client equipment or any damage or loss of data caused by these infections.

Client understands that The Local Circuit is not an authorized service dealer of any manufacturer, and technical support rendered by The Local Circuit may void manufacturer warranties Client’s computer systems and/or equipment.

Client agrees to pay a service charge of $90 an hour for a technician to come to the Client’s location for an onsite service call. Trip charges of $5 per trip for local service calls may apply if fuel costs impact business. Client locations that are between 14-29 miles from our office will incur a $14.99 trip charge. Client locations over 30 miles from our office will be billed $45 per hour of travel.

The Local Circuit reserves the right to bill Clients if they fail to provide proper notice to cancel an appointment. If the appointment is canceled more than 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time no fee will be incurred. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time a $25 fee may be incurred. If the Client fails to cancel their onsite appointment and is not available when the technician arrives a full one our charge of $90 will be incurred by the Client. Clients agree to pay all fees incurred during both onsite and in-house repairs.
