At The Local Circuit, we want our Clients to be 100% satisfied with everything that we do. So much so, that all of our repair work comes with our solid risk-free guarantee. What does this mean for you? If you are not happy with our repair work, we will do it over for free. If you are still not 100% satisfied with our repair work you can have your money back. It's that simple! We stand behind our work 100%. If you EVER have questions or concerns about any work provided by us, please call us right away.

Work Order Agreements
-Items left over 30 days from completion date become property of The Local Circuit (see hardware abandonment section below)
-The Local Circuit is not responsible for virus infections or damages caused by them. Any computer brought into The Local Circuit that contains a virus will be automatically cleaned before repairs are completed. In addition, a removal fee of $49.99 will be charged to customer if the computer is not there for a virus removal. This helps ensure the protection of all customer and Local Circuit computers.
-The Local Circuit assumes no liability for damage to any property, loss of time, loss of work, or loss of data while it is in the our possession.
-Data backups are the SOLE responsibility of the customer.
-The Local Circuit has a 5 day warranty on all labor, and a 10 day return or exchange warranty on all purchases.
-Restocking fees may be assessed on certain returned items.
-All password protected computers will be have passwords reset if the password is not provided at time of check in.
-There will be a minimum $70 work order fee on all created work orders.
-There will be a $35 diagnostic charge on all diagnostic work where full workorders are not created.
-There will be a $30 fee charged on all returned checks

Hardware Abandonment
Per the agreement approved at the time of your service, any items left at The Local Circuit for 30 days after completion date becomes the property of The Local Circuit. The Local Circuit will attempt to contact the items owner via the telephone no less than five (5) times. This will be followed by a final notice sent via certified mail. If your equipment is not picked up within 7 days of this letter the equipment and all associated hardware will be disposed of according to our service agreement.

Accepted Payments
-Cash (exact payment only, no change is kept in office)
-Check (drivers license & date of birth required with photo I.D.)
-Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

Refunds
-No refunds will be given on opened software
-No refunds will be given on completed website projects
-Refunds on labor will be delt with on a case by case basis according to our 100% No-Risk Guarantee

Personal Information
-We may share your personal information with claims/processing or collections agencies if your account becomes overdue and we are unable to obtain payment on our own.
-We will disclose any requested information in accordance to any subpoena, warrant, cour order, levey, court order, or legal process

Hardware Warranty Guarantee:
-We offer a full 1 year In-House warranty on the majority of all components we sell to our Clients because we stand behind our products. If we sell you an item covered under this warranty and it needs replacing, due to product failure, we will repair it or replace it at no cost to you.
-Not all components will be covered under this warranty
-Warranty covers product failure only and does not include misuse by owner, spills, electronic surges, drops, or any other accidental damages
-Any component not covered by The Local Circuit warranty is still subject to its manufacturers warranty
