This company got me out of a jam! I own a construction company in Indiana, this company is in Texas!! I tried to call 3 different local computer services to fix my problem, they all told me to bring my computer in the next day. Well, I couldn't wait till the next day so I got online and found this company who advertised remote support. They told me they could fix my computer... from Texas... right now! So, right away I thought it was some kind of scam...how can you fix my computer when your 2000 miles away?!?! Then the owner of the company talked with me and told me they have remote assistance and they could look into my system right now. So, I said ok, lets try this out. That was the best thing I could have done. Within a couple minutes he had control of my system. It took him 15 minutes to find my problem and fix it! I was shocked that not one company from here in town could help me but a company out of Texas sure saved me!

"Every once in a while, I feel the need to toot someone's horn. Today I feel like tooting Local Circuit's horn. Recently my laptop died, taking with it some very important, irreplaceable documents I had not backed up. I was certain Chris Langford and his group at the ATC could fix it, but alas they could not. I turned to the Yello Pages and found a neatly printed ad for Local Curcuit and called them immediately. I was astonished at the courtesy, professionalism, and concern I was shown over the phone. My husband dropped off my laptop the next day, and within a few days my very important files were recovered and my laptop was as good as new. And I could actually afford it! Not only was the staff happy to do it, they even offered to bring it to me in my temporary dwelling all the way out in Aubrey! No need, however I did take advantage of the offer to bring it to my car so I didn't have to drag the stroller out, put my twins in and schlep them into the office for a one-minute exchange, then get them all strapped in again. What out standing customer service! Props to Matt and his staff at Local Circuit!"

I had a problem with my emails for nearly a week and didn't get help from Verizon or other guru types that I know personally.
